1. All fees are non-refundable

Any fee paid for a NeuroLens ADHD AI report or any other service on this platform is non-refundable. Once a report has been generated and delivered, or a service has been rendered, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

2. Preview before purchase

We encourage you to review your assessment preview carefully before completing payment. The preview shows your key results so you can make an informed decision before unlocking the full report.

3. Exceptions

In rare cases where a technical failure on our side prevents report generation after payment, we will either regenerate your report or, at our discretion, issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
