1. Not a medical diagnosis
NeuroLens ADHD AI is an educational screening and self-assessment tool. It does not provide a medical diagnosis of ADHD. Only a qualified healthcare professional can diagnose ADHD. The report is intended to help you decide whether to seek a formal evaluation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account or completing an assessment, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Payments
The full report is available for a one-time fee, displayed clearly before purchase. All fees are processed securely through our payment provider. You may preview your results before deciding to pay.
4. Account and data
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may request deletion of your data and account at any time by contacting us.
5. Intellectual property
All content, software, and materials on NeuroLens ADHD AI are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. Your personalised report is for your personal use only.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
